How we agree on it
First we come and look at the space, then we write down the task list and the price. We bring the supplies and the equipment. If you do not need something, we take it off the list and the price comes down.
Who we work for
Apartments and villas, offices and clinics, cafes and restaurants, shops, salons, shared areas in buildings. We come to a private home just the same.
We take the dirty load away and bring it back clean and folded, on the day we agreed.

How it works
We collect at your address and bring it back on the agreed day. For apartments we come with the turnover, so there is no extra trip. All we need is spot where you leave the dirty load and where we return the clean one.
How it is charged
One-off jobs are charged per piece or per kilo, whichever is better for you. Regular work is part of the monthly price, with a return time agreed in advance, in season too.
The turnaround between two guests, Saturdays and Sundays included. The space has to be ready inside those four hours, so we plan in advance how many of us need to come.

Calendar and reporting
We follow your booking calendar. You either tell us about changes or give us access to the calendar, whichever is easier. If a guest breaks something, loses something or leaves a mess, you get a message and a photo the same day, not at the end of the month.
Urgent cases
A last-minute booking, a guest who stayed longer, two check-outs in the same hour. Call and we tell you straight away whether we can make it, with no stalling.
A fixed schedule, the same team, one phone number and one invoice at the end of the month. All of it in writing, so nobody has to remember what was said in March.

The same people come every time. If one of them is away you are not starting over, because the stand-in already knows how things are done at your place.
More than one property
If you have several apartments or several spaces, we price them together rather than one by one. You get a single invoice with a clear description of the service.
We clean more than 50 apartments and 1,500 m² of business premises in Mostar. The same team comes every time and works from the same list. The price we agree at the start is the price on the invoice at the end of the month.
We do not send whoever is free. Your space is done by the same team, the one that knows where the spare bedding is kept and what you do not want moved. You do not explain your property twice.
Guests change every day
Check-outs and check-ins do not wait for the working week. We work Saturdays and Sundays too, and for an urgent turnaround between two guests you have a number that somebody actually answers.
A written task list
Every space has a written list of what gets done. It does not depend on who turned up that day or how much time they had. You know what you are paying for and the team knows what is expected.
One price, one invoice
Supplies, equipment and transport are in the price. Cleaning, washing and ironing go on one invoice, so you are not calling three companies and collecting three bills.
